SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST may be processed the following business day.

Estimated Delivery Times:

United States: Estimated delivery times vary by product and are displayed on each product page. Depending on the product, estimated delivery ranges from 5–7 business days to 15–20 business days.

Australia: Estimated delivery is 15–17 business days for all products.

Delivery times are estimates calculated from the date of shipment and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary due to carrier operations, customs processing, weather, or remote delivery locations.

Shipping Rates: Free standard shipping on orders over $75 USD.

Order Confirmation and Tracking: You will receive an order confirmation email upon placing your order and a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is dispatched. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch. It is your responsibility to monitor your tracking status. If your tracking has not updated after 7 business days, please contact us at edithainc@gmail.com with your order number.

Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes: Orders shipped to Australia may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees imposed by the Australian customs authority. These charges are determined and collected by the customs authority, not by Editha Inc. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict or prepay them. All customs duties, taxes, and fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Refusal to pay customs charges resulting in a returned shipment does not entitle the buyer to a refund of shipping fees.

Certain shipments to the United States may also be subject to customs or import processing. Any applicable duties or fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

Shipping Address: It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Editha Inc. is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. Re-shipment of orders returned due to an incorrect address will be at the customer’s expense.

Delivery Issues: If your tracking shows the package as delivered but you have not received it, please check with household members, neighbors, building management, or any designated safe place. If you are still unable to locate the package, email us at edithainc@gmail.com within 5 days of the marked delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate. Editha Inc. is not liable for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

Billing Descriptor: Purchases from Editha Inc. will appear as “EDITHA INC” on your bank or credit card statement. Please contact us at edithainc@gmail.com before filing any dispute with your bank if you do not recognize a charge.
