Where do you ship to?
We ship to the United States and Australia.

How long will delivery take? Delivery times vary by product and are displayed on each product page. For shipments within the United States, estimated delivery ranges from 5–7 business days to 15–20 business days depending on the product. For shipments to Australia, estimated delivery is 15–17 business days. All orders are processed within 1–3 business days before shipment.

What are the shipping costs?
Free standard shipping on orders over $75 USD. For orders under $75, shipping is $5.99 for the United States and $12.99 for Australia.

Will I be charged customs duties or taxes? Orders to Australia may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by the Australian customs authority. Certain shipments to the United States may also be subject to customs or import processing. These charges are not controlled by Editha Inc. and are the buyer’s sole responsibility.

What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and Apple Pay.

What will the charge look like on my statement?
It will appear as “EDITHA INC.” If you do not recognize a charge, please email edithainc@gmail.com before contacting your bank.

Can I track my order?
Yes. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is shipped. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update. If tracking has not updated after 7 business days, contact us at edithainc@gmail.com.

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition with original packaging and all tags included. Final Sale and custom items are not eligible. Email edithainc@gmail.com with your order number to start a return.

How long do refunds take?
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Your bank may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

What if my item arrived damaged or defective?
Email edithainc@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage, your order number, and a description of the issue. We will arrange a return at our cost.

I don’t recognize a charge from Editha Inc. What should I do?
Email us at edithainc@gmail.com with the charge amount and date. We can verify the transaction immediately. Please also check with other authorized users on your account. Contact us before filing a dispute with your bank.

Can I cancel my order?
If the order has not been shipped, yes — email us and we will cancel and refund. Once shipped, it cannot be cancelled but may be returned under our return policy.

Some products are available for faster delivery within 5–7 business days, while others require 15–20 business days. Please check the estimated delivery time on the product page before purchasing.

I have an issue with my order. Should I contact you or my bank?
Contact us first at edithainc@gmail.com. We resolve most issues within 24 hours. Filing a bank dispute without contacting us first delays resolution and may take 30–90 days.
