Eligibility: You confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts. If you are under 18, you may only use this website with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian.
Products: All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice. Product images are provided for illustrative purposes. Due to the handmade and natural characteristics of many of our products, actual items may vary slightly in color, texture, shape, or size. Such variations are inherent to the nature of these products and do not constitute defects. Estimated delivery times vary by product and are displayed on each product page.
Pricing: Prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any order placed at an incorrect price and issue a full refund for the amount charged. Prices do not include customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees for international orders.
Payment: Payment is required in full at the time of purchase. We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and Apple Pay. All transactions are processed through encrypted, PCI-compliant payment gateways. We do not store your full card details. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are the authorized user of the payment method provided and that all payment information is accurate.
Order Acceptance: Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept, decline, or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to orders where fraud is suspected, payment cannot be verified, or product is unavailable. An order confirmation email is acknowledgment of receipt only and does not constitute acceptance of your order. The contract between you and Editha Inc. is formed when the product is dispatched.
Billing Descriptor: Charges will appear as “EDITHA INC” on your statement. Contact edithainc@gmail.com before filing any bank dispute if you do not recognize a charge.
Shipping: We ship to the United States and Australia. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and vary by product. Full details are in our Shipping and Delivery Policy. We are not liable for carrier delays, customs processing times, or force majeure events. Customs duties and import taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.
Returns and Refunds: All returns and refunds are governed by our Refund and Returns Policy. By placing an order, you agree to the terms of that policy.
Disputes and Chargebacks: You agree to contact Editha Inc. at edithainc@gmail.com to attempt to resolve any order-related issue before initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, or claim with your bank, card issuer, or payment provider. We maintain comprehensive records of all transactions, including order details, customer identification and verification records, payment confirmations, shipping records, tracking and delivery confirmations, customer communications including emails, text messages, and call records, and IP addresses associated with orders. These records will be submitted as evidence in the event of any payment dispute. We reserve the right to refuse future orders from any customer who initiates a chargeback that is determined to be fraudulent or filed without first contacting us to resolve the issue. Fraudulent chargebacks may be reported to relevant authorities.
Intellectual Property: All content on this website, including text, images, logos, graphics, product descriptions, and website design, is the property of Editha Inc. and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Reproduction, distribution, or use of any content without prior written consent is prohibited.
Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Editha Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website or the purchase of products. Our maximum aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the price paid by you for the specific product giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Editha Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses including reasonable legal fees arising out of or related to your use of this website, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law.
Governing Law: These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Amendments: We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
