REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this policy.

30-Day Return Window: You may request a return within 30 days of the date you received your order, subject to the conditions below.

Conditions for Return: The item must be unused, unaltered, and in its original condition. The item must be returned in its original packaging with all tags, labels, inserts, and accessories included. Proof of purchase (order number or order confirmation email) is required.

Items Not Eligible for Return: Items marked as “Final Sale” on the product page. Custom or personalized orders, unless the item arrived defective or damaged. Items that show signs of use, alteration, washing, or damage caused by the customer. Items returned without original packaging, tags, or accessories.

Return Process: Step 1: Email edithainc@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Step 2: We will review your request and, if approved, issue a Return Authorization (RA) number with return shipping instructions within 48 hours. Step 3: Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method within 14 days of receiving the RA number.

Items returned without a valid Return Authorization number will not be processed. Editha Inc. is not responsible for return shipments that are lost or damaged in transit. We strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance for your return.

Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item sent by Editha Inc. For Australian orders, any customs duties or taxes paid on the original shipment are non-refundable by Editha Inc.

Refund Processing: Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method only. Additional time may be required by your bank or card issuer for the refund to appear on your statement. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. A restocking fee may apply to certain items and will be disclosed before you ship the return. Partial refunds may be issued if the item is returned in a condition that does not meet the requirements above.

Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged item, or an item materially different from what was described, email us at edithainc@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Include clear photographs of the defect or damage, your order number, and a description of the issue. Upon verification, we will arrange return shipping at our cost and issue a full refund or send a replacement at our discretion based on product availability.

Order Cancellations: Orders that have not been processed or shipped may be cancelled for a full refund. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may return the item after delivery in accordance with this policy.

Australian Customers — Consumer Guarantees: Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing in this policy is intended to limit or exclude these statutory guarantees.

Contact Us Before Filing a Dispute: If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us at edithainc@gmail.com before filing a chargeback or dispute with your bank or card issuer. We are committed to resolving all concerns promptly and can typically offer a resolution within 24 hours. The bank dispute process can take 30–90 days and may result in delays and complications for both parties.
